MLX provides a business-owned AI operating layer. MLX connects to a customer's approved systems, creates governed operating views, encodes workflows as skills, runs on customer-controlled infrastructure where required, and routes work across the customer's chosen model providers with implementation support from a forward-deployed Mercury Labs engineer.

MLX and its content, features, and functionality are owned by MLX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of MLX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
MLX connects to a customer's existing data systems — such as data warehouses, accounting, ERP, CRM, and operations tools — and to the model providers a customer chooses to route to. Your use of those systems and providers remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
