MLX combines software with forward-deployed engineering. We price the activation and managed deployment around the sources, workflow, security requirements and operating model agreed with your team.
Current offer
MLX is currently offered through design-partner deployments. A focused, capped two-week activation connects priority sources, proposes the first business context, takes customer experts through review, and puts the approved Twin to work through approved AI.
The activation and any ongoing managed deployment are quoted after we map the first workflow with your team. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all subscription because deployment, integration and governance requirements vary materially between organisations.
Twin Sync by MLX
Twin Sync requires an active paid MLX deployment and is configured when Stripe is an approved source for that organisation. Installing the Stripe app authorises read-only evidence access; it does not let MLX create charges, issue refunds, move funds, manage payouts or create connected accounts.
Twin Sync does not charge the connected Stripe account. Commercial terms for MLX are agreed directly with Mercury Labs as part of the deployment or activation.
